Operational Recommendations
Bit Swapping: Always engage the machine's air collet chuck system via the safety switch during a tool change. Ensure the bit is gripped cleanly at its 6mm shoulder.
Calibration: Execute an Automatic Tool Leveling (ATL) cycle immediately after installation to protect the router matrix underlayment and guarantee accurate milling depth.
