Foam Boards & Thick Plastics: Excellent for thick PVC foam, expanded polystyrene, and various insulation foams where deep, vertical passes are required.
Wood & MDF: Routs plywood, softwoods, and medium-density fiberboards cleanly up to its 20 mm threshold.

Feed Rate Management: You must drop your feed rates and consider managing deep cuts in multiple shallow passes (step-downs) rather than a single 20 mm deep plunge, especially when routing harder woods or dense plastics.
Up-Cut Updraft: The single up-cut spiral design forces hot chips upward into your router module's vacuum cleaning kit. This minimizes the risk of plastic melting or welding back into the groove.
